Syntri ERP is a modular, role-based workflow ERP for the manufacturing industry, from the first customer contact to the final invoice. We build it together in Heerenveen: one team that develops the package, implements it and supports the customers who work with it every day.
The team
Syntri ERP is developed entirely in-house. Development, consultancy, implementation and support work side by side, and the management works along with us. That keeps the lines short: what we learn at customers goes straight back into the product, and the people who build it also help customers get the most out of it.
Nobody does it alone. A good release, a smooth implementation, a customer who can work faster than before: it is always the work of the whole team.
The product
Syntri is not a standard administrative system but a platform that optimises and connects processes. The package is standard and modular, yet flexible in how each customer sets it up. It runs on-premise or in the cloud.

The heart of Syntri is a role-based workflow. Every employee sees their own actions, and when one is done, the next one is handed over automatically. That makes the workload visible in real time and cuts down on walking around the shop floor to find out what's next.
Workflow and RPA work hand in hand. And because every customer works a little differently, the workflow can be tailored without programming.
